This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Executive Chairman and Founder of a leading technology organisation, ensuring the smooth running of his day-to-day activities in an efficient and productive way. About the Role This is more than just an EA role; it’s a strategic and highly involved position where you will provide direct support to the Executive Chairman, working across multiple projects and high-profile engagements. You will: ✔ Manage the Chairman’s affairs, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and producing agendas & minutes. ✔ Act as a key liaison, working closely with the Chairman’s academic PA and external stakeholders. ✔ Coordinate complex travel itineraries and investor events. ✔ Represent the Chairman in key meetings, helping to drive decision-making. ✔ Conduct research & analysis, producing reports as needed. About You We’re looking for a polished, efficient, and innovative EA with the following qualities: * Experience supporting a C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organisational & analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. * Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels. * Strong research skills with an inquisitive mindset. * Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Windows & Mac), and social media platforms. * Financially/commercially astute, able to navigate a complex business landscape. * Discretion and confidentiality – this role involves access to highly sensitive information.
