- Lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s income and productivity improvement programme
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimise income recovery and coding accuracy
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and service utilisation across clinical areas
- Provide expert advice on national tariff, payment mechanisms, and financial flows
- Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to support service redesign and transformation
- Develop robust performance monitoring, reporting, and assurance frameworks
- Support financial planning processes, including Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs) and efficiency targets
- Engage effectively with system partners within the Integrated Care System (ICS) where required
- Lead and influence change across multidisciplinary teams
