My client is currently recruiting for an interim Finance Business Partner (Commercial) to provide senior financial leadership across major managed service procurements and commercial transformation programmes.

This role leads the full financial lifecycle from SOC/OBC/FBC development, complex financial modelling, whole life costing, IFRS/VAT/CDEL assessments, and tender evaluation, through to contract due diligence, mobilisation, and in life benefits realisation.

You’ll act as the lead finance representative on multi million pound MES and outsourced service arrangements, advising Executives, shaping strategic investment decisions, and ensuring robust financial governance aligned to HM Treasury Green Book, and the Procurement Act 2023.

Ideal for a CCAB qualified commercial finance leader with deep experience in major procurements, contract management, and complex service transformation.
