Accounts Assistant required to work onsite for a manufacturing business based in Redditch to support the finance function through invoice processing, account reconciliation, and general accounting tasks. Ideal candidate will be qualified or studying AAT and hold a full UK driving licence * Processing purchase ledger invoices. * Confirm invoice prices against purchase orders and maintain control spreadsheets. * Process and manage weekly and monthly supplier payment runs * Reconciliation of supplier statements. * Monitor bank accounts for incoming and outgoing payments, allocate and reconciliation * Complete and submit credit applications * Create, print, and post sales invoices to clients as required. * Support Sales Ledger and credit control if necessary * Reconcile credit card statements * Manage petty cash reconciliation * Prepare commercial and recharge invoices Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to support work sponsorship in the UK, so can only consider applications from candidates with existing eligibility to work in the UK
