CXK is seeking a motivated employment support adviser to help young people take their next step into work. Based at home with travel across Medway, Gravesham, Dartford and Swale, you will build relationships with local employers, identify opportunities and match participants to suitable roles.
You will support applicants through applications, interviews and job starts, provide CV and interview prep, and coordinate with community services where additional help is needed.
