CXK Hastings is seeking an experienced YES Team Leader to oversee the Youth Employability Service team. You will provide line management support to YES advisers and ensure progress for young people moving into employment, education or training.
You will analyse data, prepare reports, maintain quality standards, and drive service improvement in collaboration with the Area Manager. This role is based at CXK Hastings and requires full-time availability.
