CXK Hastings is seeking a Permanent, Full Time Youth Worker to recruit, induct and support Youth Leaders and Youth Ambassadors for the Pathways for Progression project. You will deliver 121 and group work with young people, helping them to be ready to contribute to local opportunities and services.
You will manage a caseload, provide supervision and training, and build relationships with employers and schools.
