CXK seeks a Regional Manager East Sussex to lead delivery across the East Sussex contracts, providing leadership to delivery staff and ensuring high-quality operations.
The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) with a hybrid working pattern requiring a minimum of three days in the office, based in Hastings or Eastbourne.
You will work with funders and commissioners, monitor KPIs, manage budgets with finance, and escalate risks to support CXK’s services.
