CXK Ltd in East Sussex is seeking an experienced Assistant Youth Coach to support the delivery of a high-performing NEET programme across the region. You will help deliver engaging activities and work with young people to build confidence, skills and resilience toward employment, education or training.

You will collaborate with the Youth Coach, referral agencies and external partners to identify improvements, promote safeguarding, and ensure NEET young people attend and remain engaged throughout.
