CXC Global are working with global Engineering client who are looking for an experienced TA specialist to join their International Contingent Labour team for 12 months.
The International Contingent Labour Advisor role is a 12-month remote assignment focused on managing and supporting the contingent labour program outside the US.
The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and strategic workforce planning.
- Program management and support: The advisor oversees hiring and onboarding processes, resolves system issues, manages queries, and ensures compliance with staffing procedures using tools like Workday and Beeline. They also provide training and stand in for the team lead when necessary.
