CXC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to help drive both new business development and existing programs from our Birmingham, UK site. You will work with diverse engineers within the UK E-7 team to optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methods and other improvement concepts, coordinating with design, leadership and shop-floor staff. You will identify bottlenecks, balance lines, plan operations, and support project management and continuous improvement efforts to enhance flow, reduce waste.
