£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow CX Global's online presence across multiple social media platforms and website channels. This role focuses on creating compelling digital content that showcases our exhibition stand projects, behind-the-scenes build processes, and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a social media strategy to support brand growth and business development
  • Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with website, SEO, and digital teams to improve online visibility
  • Engage target audiences including brands, agencies, and exhibition organisers
  • Create dynamic content such as reels, carousels, project showcases, and behind-the-scenes features
  • Capture photo and video content during builds, installations, and live events
  • Transform case studies and project milestones into compelling digital stories
  • Promote innovative, sustainable, and modular exhibition solutions
  • Support award entries and industry recognition through social campaigns
  • Monitor enquiries and engagement, directing leads to the sales team
  • Track performance metrics and produce monthly insight reports
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and AI marketing tools

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a creative and organised digital marketer with a passion for social media and B2B storytelling. This role would suit a graduate or marketing professional eager to grow within the exhibitions and events industry.

About you:

  • Experience in social media marketing and website content management
  • Strong B2B copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to turn design and build projects into engaging digital content
  • Experience creating short-form video and visual storytelling
