Job Description – Travel Experience Counselor I (2500008L). Defense and Government/Travel Consultant/Customer Service Travel Agent (entry level).

CWTSatoTravel, the U.S. military and government division of CWT, provides seamless travel management for U.S. federal clients and operates with a global team of associates across multiple locations.
As part of the Traveler Experience organization, you’ll help deliver an exceptional travel experience from start to finish and contribute to safe, enjoyable journeys for our clients’ traveling employees.
Responsibilities (On a Day-to-Day Basis)
- Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that enhance the traveler experience
- Handle basic and moderately complex bookings with potentially non‑standard and multi‑destination itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
- Escalate the most complex bookings to more experienced staff
- Assignments include both routine and non‑routine work
- Benefit from comprehensive training by experienced colleagues and use our social intranet to stay up to date
