On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner (Front Office) for a 6 months contract based in London (hybrid - 3 times per week in office).
Purpose of the role:
As Technical Product Owner (Front Office) you will join a Capital Markets technology team, working closely with Front Office stakeholders and a highly collaborative product-led development team. This role will focus on shaping product vision, gathering and refining business requirements, prioritising delivery, and driving continuous product evolution within an agile environment.
What you'll do:
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and translate Front Office requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with agile development teams to maximise product value and delivery outcomes.
- Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to support product development.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, acting as the key bridge between both functions.
The skills you'll need:
- Proven Product Owner experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments.
- Strong Front Office exposure and ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
- Background in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Experience working with agile product development teams and Agile/XP delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
