Ground Force Talent, part of the CWS Group, is currently recruiting multiple GSE Mechanics and HGV Mechanics for a leading airport ground support operation at Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding engineering team responsible for maintaining the specialist vehicles and equipment that support aircraft operations across one of the UK's busiest airports.
We are keen to speak with experienced GSE Engineers, HGV Technicians, Plant Fitters, PSV Technicians, Agricultural Engineers and Commercial Vehicle Technicians seeking a long-term career within the aviation sector.
The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and specialist airport vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of airport activities. Equipment may include:
- Aircraft pushback tractors and tugs
- Baggage handling equipment
- Passenger steps
- Ground power units
- Airside support vehicles
- Specialist airport machinery and equipment
Key responsibilities include:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
