Hotel Services Assistant in Tonypandy

A job opportunity has arisen for successful candidates to join part of our busy Hotel Services Team on Sites at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda Hospital.

The positions will support the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering Housekeeping and Catering services to the National Standards for these services in NHS Wales, HIW standard 5 and 9 and Organisational Standards.

To assist in developing, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of service delivery and team working practices; and helping to maintain open, effective communication., The main duties of the post include general cleaning of all areas of the Hospital in accordance with departmental schedules and specifications and in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness, also in the event of service pressure and according to the Job Description requirements of this role successful candidates may be required to perform catering duties., Applicants who are not UK or Republic of Ireland nationals will require sponsorship to obtain either a Health and Care Visa or a Skilled Worker Visa unless they already hold permission to work via another route. Prospective applicants should self‑assess their eligibility for sponsorship by visiting the UK Government\’s Work in the UK guidance. For eligible candidates, the Health and Care Visa offers reduced application costs and exempts payment of the annual Immigration Health Surcharge.
