The post holder will provide a dental triage service during the In Hours period to members of the public presenting with urgent dental symptoms. The post holder will be responsible for:
- Booking urgent appointments and liaising/communicating with General Dental Practices and Primary Care.
- Uploading and recording accurate patient data to Excel and Word documents undertaken independently on a daily basis.
- Using Cwm Taf Morgannwg IT systems & patient software.
- Covering clinical sessions across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Salaried Dental Service footprint when required.
Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesn’t mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates.
