An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker with an interest in patient care/Ultrasound services to join our busy, friendly team.
The post holder will be required to act as a pivotal role in the patient pathway within Radiology supporting clerical and clinical duties as required.
Main duties of the job
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 6 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
- To assist trained and medical staff to provide safe care for patients within Radiology.
- To support qualified staff in the numerous disciplines within Radiology using knowledge and skills developed in the role.
- To contribute to service improvements and communication ensuring safe and timely patient care.

This doesn\'t mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn\'t need to have skills in Welsh, we\'ll consider it an advantage when short-listing candidates.
