An opportunity has arisen for a successful candidate to join our busy team of porter services based at Princess of Wales Hospital. The position will consist mainly of porter duties as per role requirements. Some driving will be required. Porter services comprise of operational duties associated with waste, transport, community beds team, mail, support to cleaning services and general hospital porter duty functions.

The role will also contribute to the provision of healthcare for the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) by delivering a porter service which meets all organisational and legislative standards and support the Facilities Unit commitment to quality standards.

There will be a requirement to support driving services within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Bridgend Region.

The role will also assist in developing, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of service delivery and team working practices, and helping to maintain open, effective communication. Ensure a high quality service is delivered to patients, staff and visitors.
