This is a full‑time on‑site role based in South Wales for a Senior Pharmacy Technician – Medicines Homecare Service. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering the Medicines Homecare Service, ensuring safe and efficient supply of medicines to eligible patients.
- Overseeing the management and delivery of medication orders.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervising and supporting junior staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service development.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification as a pharmacy technician and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
