An exciting opportunity to work as part of our musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy team split across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg footprint. The job will provide exposure to a range of MSK conditions including persistent pain, upper and lower limb conditions, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and acute injuries, as well as an exciting opportunity to work within the pelvic health physiotherapy team. The individual will work as part of an innovative team and contribute to service development. You will provide supervision to colleagues and train students and graduate staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment and identification of patients’ problems, including complex presentations.
  • Produce highly specialised treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills, and knowledge of physical treatment techniques.
  • Work independently as part of the physiotherapy team.
  • Contribute to service development and share best practice.

Qualifications:

  • HCPC registered physiotherapist.
  • Previous comprehensive experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy.
  • Good working knowledge of NHS systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg footprint.
