Exciting job opportunities have arisen for several candidates to join part of our busy Hotel Services Team at Prince Charles Hospital. Opportunities to work 25hrs and 20hrs are available. The positions will support the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering Housekeeping and Catering services to the National Standards for these services in NHS Wales, HIW standard 5 and 9 and Organisational Standards.
Main duties of the job include:
- General cleaning of all areas of the Hospital in accordance with departmental schedules and specifications and in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness.
- Performing catering duties as required during service pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to service pressures and modernization.
- Movement throughout all Health Board sites.
- Observing and maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy, and consideration to all patients and fellow employees.

Person Specification:
- Qualification: Able to demonstrate literacy, numerical and comprehension skills sufficient to read and understand written instructions.

- Experience: Previous experience of cleaning and catering duties; some experience of working within a hospital environment is desirable.
