A job opportunity has arisen for successful candidates to join part of our busy Hotel Services Team on sites at Ysbyty George Thomas Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of all hospital areas in accordance with departmental schedules and national cleanliness standards.
  • Perform catering duties where required.
  • Adapt to service pressures and modernisation with flexibility.
  • Move freely across all Health Board sites.
  • Observe and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, courtesy and consideration to all patients and fellow employees.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, catering or similar hospital services.
  • Ability to work within a patient environment and adapt to changing service pressures.
  • Strong confidentiality and courtesy practices.
  • Welsh language speaking desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers welcome.
  • UK or Republic of Ireland national exempt from sponsorship; other nationalities must hold or obtain a Health and Care Visa or Skilled Worker Visa.
