Health Care Support Worker

We are looking to hire an HCSW to work with experienced nurses on our busy Cardiology and Elderly Care ward.
Main Duties
- Take care of a group of patients on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Assist patients with personal care, daily living activities, record observations and document care provided.
- Work under the supervision of qualified nurses caring for acutely ill patients.
- Develop skills within the short‑ and medium‑term care environment.
Welsh Language Skills
Not mandatory. Speaking and listening level 3 (CEFR B2) or above is desirable.
