This post is a permanent post on Ward 5 in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in patients' lives? Would you like to join our supportive and dynamic team as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse on our specialist Gastroenterology ward where we care for patients with a range of complex conditions?
You will play a pivotal role in assisting the ward manager to lead the team to strive for excellence as well as deputising in their absence. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join our team as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse. You will need to be able to provide leadership in the clinical area, ensuring the delivery of high quality nursing care.
Responsibilities- Assist the ward manager in leading the team and striving for excellence.
- Deputise for the ward manager in their absence.
- Provide leadership in the clinical area, ensuring high-quality nursing care.
- Manage and organise the area, keeping quality and patient safety at the heart of all activities.
