CTM University Health Board is seeking a Lead Nurse/ODP for Anaesthetics, Theatres & Critical Care on a 12-month secondment to cover maternity leave. You will provide professional leadership and expert advice across those services and promote high standards of patient care.
You will work with Heads of Nursing and the care group leadership to develop services, drive transformation and ensure safe, effective care while supporting workforce planning and staff development.
