We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to support the delivery of high-quality clinical education and administrative processes across CTMUHB with the CTM Clinical Learning Academy. In this varied role, you will support education programmes and provide essential administrative and pastoral support to learners and colleagues across nursing and allied health professions. You will be a proactive and adaptable team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will demonstrate professionalism and compassion in your approach to work, supporting learners and colleagues with sensitivity and respect. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and effective experience for students and staff alike.

The post holder will work within the CTM Clinical Learning Academy, supporting students, Healthcare Support Workers and staff across nursing and allied health professions to deliver safe, high-quality patient care through education. This role provides key administrative support to the Clinical Education Department, contributing to training programmes, education activities and the Healthcare Support Worker Framework, while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. Working within a busy team, the post holder will manage a varied workload, support programme delivery and provide some pastoral support. The role requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility, professionalism and the ability to work independently.
