To work as a Senior Radiographer providing care for patients attending the general Radiology Department, CT/MRI and specialist areas as identified in your role. You will normally work without direct clinical supervision but will report to the Senior/Superintendent Radiographers within the Department. You will participate in the provision of an on-call emergency radiographic service for the Health Board. English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job:

  • Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Radiology services are provided on three main sites: Princess of Wales, Royal Glamorgan and Prince Charles Hospitals.
  • The departments support a number of sub-regional specialties.
  • The departments have multislice CT, MRI, Cardiac Catheter Lab and Gamma Camera.
  • Busy A&E Units are supported by modular PACS.
