Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist with mental health experience to join our Community Older Persons Mental Health OT Team. You will provide specialist OT assessment and intervention as part of a MDT, supporting individuals in the community with functional mental health conditions, dementia and cognitive impairment.

Working within MDT settings, you will promote recovery, undertake comprehensive assessments, and help maintain independence.
