Network Flow and Technologies (NFT) is a centralized team serving Fulfilment Centers (FC) across Europe. We seek for End-To-End net benefit. We minimize under-the-roof costs for FCs, and maximize the opportunities for the FCs to deliver customer orders within 24hrs (1D delivery). We dive deep into the metrics and identify and address opportunities within the existing systems and processes.
We are process experts. We simplify, standardize, and improve processes by using our expertise and strategic position within Amazon Fulfillment to innovate on behalf of the customer. We provide standard ways of working; and facilitate the decision making for FCs by delivering best in class products.
We collaborate with external teams. Our team partners with senior FC leaders and external teams to deliver best in class products and processes to address improvement opportunities impacting and influencing from the overarching planning processes through the execution of the shift.

Key job responsibilities:
- We are seeking an exceptional individual to play a pivotal role in the way we measure and optimize the speed at which we deliver to our customers.
- This individual will lead the expansion of existing reporting into new countries within EU, and go beyond the 1Day speed impact scope (Same Day and 2D).
- We are seeking someone to lead speed differentiation initiatives and identify opportunities to facilitate the business make informed decision-making and ensure end-to-end net benefit.
- As a process improvement specialist within our team, you will serve as a subject matter expert in continuous process improvement, particularly focusing on the network shipment flow, starting from the upstream system of the upstream systems into the FC and through the customer delivery.
- The successful candidate will be passionate about finding new ways to invent on behalf of our customers.
- Deepening understanding and experience of operational processes and workflows, diving into the systems and the Amazon supply chain.
- Use and share your insights with partner teams, to influence/build a roadmap of projects to maximize end-to-end benefits.
- Leverage highly analytical skills to interpret large datasets and to uncover actionable insights for known and unknown problems.
- Developing clear and detailed functional specifications and business cases based on identified business requirements.
- Implementing rigorous problem-solving approaches and supporting research and analysis to drive product (project, process/deliverables) development schedules from design to release.
- Designing and executing implementation plans, piloting and testing new solutions, and facilitating roll-outs across broader Ops organizations at country/cross-country and/or cross-regional levels.
- Managing critical relationships with external partners and contractors throughout project phases.
- Demonstrating strong hands-on project and operations management, taking ownership of project components while possessing a blend of practical and intellectual skills to adapt to varying tasks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience pulling and reporting data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems).
- Experience working in an operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role.
- Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g. definition of accurate network expansion plans, vendor development, quality assurance, design and cost improvement, team and stakeholder engagement).
