CWG Markets is looking for a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support our board of directors. This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who can manage executive operations seamlessly, handle sensitive matters with full confidentiality, and communicate effectively across teams and jurisdictions. Chinese and English fluency (written and spoken) is a strict requirement. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage directors’ schedules, emails, and board meeting coordination
  • Maintain corporate records, regulatory licenses, and compliance documentation
  • Distribute board materials in advance and ensure adherence to requirements
  • Support setup of new business entities and special projects
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision‑making
  • Liaise between the board, senior management, and internal departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), Cantonese is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and exercises sound independent judgement
  • Emotionally mature and able to handle confidential information with full discretion
  • Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets is a plus

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site role — 5 days a week in office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
