Responsibilities include:
- Support of store manager on a day to day basis
- Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
- Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork
- Management & motivation of a retail team
- Staff recruitment & development
- Driving sales to target
- Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI’s
- Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
- Managing stock loss and completing inventories
- Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
- Receipt of deliveries
Profile: A history of Store Management experience at supervisor level is a minimum requirement, as well as proven experience with high-end customer service essential. All suitable candidates must be confident with management & motivation of a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
