A rapidly expanding international debt collection agency is currently looking for an experienced commercial credit professional with fluency in DUTCH OR TURKISH and English.
To join its credit management team to work on a high value and complex project until May 2027.
- Part of a highly experienced and skilled global collections team
- Responsible for your own portfolio of 200+ customers accounts across a range of different industries with debt in excess of 4million
- Focusing on maximising cash collection and working towards targets
- Prior experience of working with Oracle is also highly advantageous
- Chasing high value and complex old debt (150+ days)
- Managing complex queries and disputes through to resolution
- Ensuring all updates are logged in a timely manner on system
- Adhering to country specific legal and financial regulations
- Proactively alert management to any potential compliance issues
Skills Required
- Proven experience within commercial debt collection/credit control is essential
- Fluency in Dutch OR Turkish alongside English
- Experience of working on ERP’s such as Oracle & SAP advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, strong at negotiation and dispute resolution
- Proven ability to work in a target driven environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work of own initiative
- Self motivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
