- An ambition to position Sizewell C as one of the UK’s most significant and respected long-term debt issuers
You will play a central role in maintaining strong investment-grade credit ratings (currently BBB+ equivalent), managing relationships with key funding partners including the National Wealth Fund, export credit agencies and a syndicate of international banks, and shaping the long-term refinancing strategy.
What you’ll lead This is a broad, enterprise-level leadership role spanning strategy, execution and governance.

- Provide clear interpretation of financial impacts across the model, licence and funding structure
- Oversee key programmes including the Funded Decommissioning Programme and FundCo governance

Operating under the UK’s Regulated Asset Base (RAB) model and regulated by Ofgem, the project sits at the intersection of government, private capital and national infrastructure delivery. The organisation is evolving rapidly into a standalone entity, offering a unique opportunity to shape systems, governance and culture from the ground up.
