Help Shape the UK’s Energy Future LTQR Records Coordinator Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the Main Civil Works Section. What will you do? The CWA is recruiting an LTQR & Records Co-ordinator to help ensure that quality records for the Transverse manufactured scope are complete, right first time and delivered on schedule. On a nuclear project, the product is not accepted until its supporting record is accepted. This role therefore provides an important opportunity to strengthen records integrity from the outset, applying lessons learned from other major infrastructure programmes. Working with Package Project Managers, quality teams, suppliers and EDF DQI, the successful candidate will: Establish and maintain the Lifetime Quality Record, or LTQR, register for each assigned package. Receive, review and log supplier and site records against approved Inspection and Test Plans, manufacturing gateways and LTQR requirements. Identify incomplete submissions and provide suppliers with clear, actionable defect lists. Track each LTQR through to ‘A’ status within the required six-week period, escalating delays and reporting accurately on the backlog. Maintain reliable records across controlled systems, including SharePoint, Teamcenter and the CWA Common Data Environment. Produce weekly performance information covering submission times, completeness, backlogs and right-first-time quality. Use data to identify recurring defects by supplier, record type or inspection stage, helping the wider team address root causes. Support the development of Construction Sub-Package records and End of Construction Status Reports. Ensure NCRs and concessions are appropriately closed and reflected within the final as-built records. Brief suppliers on quality-record requirements and support the transition towards digitised, real-time record management. Treat records integrity as a nuclear-safety matter and constructively challenge late, incomplete or poor-quality submissions What are we looking for? The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound records-management experience and the confidence to work constructively with a range of suppliers and project stakeholders. Essential experience and capabilities include: Document-control or quality-records experience gained within a major construction, manufacturing or regulated programme. An understanding of Inspection and Test Plans, inspection records, material certificates, NDT reports, NCRs and concessions. A consistent right-first-time approach and high standards of accuracy. Strong Microsoft Excel capability. Experience using an Electronic Document Management System or Common Data Environment, such as SharePoint, Teamcenter or Aconex. The confidence to work directly with suppliers and secure complete, accurate and timely submissions. The ability to meet the project’s security-vetting criteria, ordinarily including UK residency for at least three of the previous five years. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous: Nuclear LTQRs, including experience gained on HPC or another EPR project. Microsoft Power BI. ISO 9001 internal auditing. BS EN ISO 19650. Working French to support engagement with suppliers in France What we will offer you?
