Project Technical Leader Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C. As part of the CWA, you will support the building of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and playing a key role in our energy future.
This role will be within the Main Civil Works Section.
What will you do?
- Lead the technical direction and delivery of manufacturing and engineering solutions across the transverse scope.
- Provide expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project standards and objectives.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, Tier 1 contractors and supply chain partners.
- Support decision-making through clear, concise technical insight and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards at all times.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned to CWA values of Humility, Positivity, Respect, Solidarity and Clarity.
