Help shape the UK's energy future with the Technical Assurance Coordinator opportunity within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), supporting Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.
This role will be within the CWA Wide Section.
What will you do?
The Technical Assurance Coordinator supports the implementation of technical assurance processes across the Sizewell C (SZC) Civil Works Alliance. Reporting to the Technical Assurance Manager (TAM), the Technical Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that design and construction deliverables comply with the project's Technical Assurance Plan (TAP), client requirements, and regulatory standards.
The Technical Coordinator works closely with design, construction, quality, and digital engineering teams to coordinate assurance activities, gather and review evidence, and support the progressive assurance of work packages through the technical lifecycle. This includes facilitating design reviews, tracking compliance documentation, and supporting gateway passport submissions.
This role is ideal for an early to mid-career engineering professional.
