The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is recruiting an experienced Information Manager to play a key role in one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes. This is a rare opportunity to join a single, integrated delivery organisation at the heart of the Sizewell C project, shaping how information is managed, governed and used across a complex construction environment. Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading and developing an Information Management and Document Control team to support the project lifecycle
- Defining, implementing and communicating project Information Standards, Methods and Procedures in line with ISO 19650
- Managing the project EDMS (typically Asite), ensuring robust governance, access control and data security

- Coordinating project reporting, client reporting and system-generated data insights
- Delivering training and guidance to project teams on information management systems and best practice
- Managing document control quality procedures, archiving processes and digital handover requirements
- Working collaboratively with Digital Engineering, IT, Procurement and wider functional teams
What are we looking for?
The CWA is seeking a confident and collaborative professional with strong experience in information management within major construction or infrastructure programmes. The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in Information Management on large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments
- Hands-on expertise with EDMS platforms, ideally Asite
- Experience managing and developing teams, including training, performance and capability building
- A structured, analytical approach with excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively across site-based and remote teams, influencing a wide range of stakeholders
- A security-minded approach to data, access control and information governance
- Experience within nuclear or similarly regulated environments, and familiarity with tools such as Field View or Power BI, would be advantageous
What we will offer you?
The CWA is a single delivery organisation made up of the client (Sizewell C) and three parent companies - Balfour Beatty, Bouygues and Laing O'Rourke - which offer industry leading packages including market leading salaries, generous annual leave entitlements, pension scheme and other flexible benefits.
