Managing the daily execution of our quantitative systematic trading tactics involves making real-time judgments to mitigate risk.
Adapting to evolving market dynamics.
Collaboration with the firm\’s strategy creators and technology experts is crucial to enhance our trading platform.
Partner with developers, researchers, and technology teams to manage the daily operation of our systematic trading platform.
Facilitate business growth by developing a deep understanding of market microstructure, products, regulations, and our trading platform (including new regions/venues/products), and defining new technology requirements.
Drive the continual improvement of our world-class trading platform through design and implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor\’s program in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Previous involvement in electronic trading.
- Attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven self-initiator, possessing the determination and proactive mindset to acquire new knowledge and navigate through changes to achieve desired outcomes.
