Assist in the management of a pan European portfolio of Loans and support the servicing and advisory teams in Europe & UK markets, ensuring the goals and objectives are met and customers are delivered with a high quality work product and constant high level of service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of multiple transactions to meet project deadlines and deliver a consistent high level of service to our clients while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meet commitments, work independently, accept accountability, stay focused under pressure, and show the ability to adjust plans to meet changing needs.
- Support the team with the day-to-day management of multiple loan portfolios.
- Collect and analyse borrower reports (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.).
- Negotiate, as needed, with borrowers, guarantors, asset managers, and property managers.
- Represent clients and investors on a daily basis through the role as facility agent.
- Review servicing contracts and coordinate legal review with in-house counsel as well as other counsel (Borrower and Lender).
- Support clients with the closing of new deals.
- Support the current team in London in their day-to-day work.
- Promote the company and its business lines through participation in company presentations and industry conferences, as requested.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Banking Industry.
- Experience in banking and finance industry including basic knowledge of real estate finance/loan servicing.
- Ability to review and understand legal contracts/agreements.
- Technical Skills: MS-Office (Detailed knowledge of MS Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication abilities in English.
- Analytical skills to understand complex loan documents, borrower structures, and analyse cash flows/reporting.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to learn/use all related Company financial hardware and software platforms.
