Based within our busy HR Team, you will have excellent communication skills and enjoy a busy, varied role liaising with colleagues. You will deliver accurate demand forecasts, rota templates, and scheduling optimisation that support our colleagues throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build weekly and monthly demand forecasts using appointment data, sales trends, and seasonal patterns.
- Be proactive and reactive when additional support/staffing is needed across the group.
- Provide support for staffing gaps and fill clinic requirements.
- Create and maintain rota templates for practice team.
- Use Excel and workforce planning.
