We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer support operations. This role involves working “hands on” and guiding a team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6 Order Processors – Customer Service Advisors.
- Handle escalations, drive improvements, and coach staff.
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of the customer experience team, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead the Customer Service and Projects teams; ensure effective delivery, communication and execution of all customer orders/projects.
- Monitor service levels and implement strategies to gather customer feedback; review and improve the overall customer experience.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and escalations.
Qualifications
- Previous team‑leading experience in a fast‑moving, client‑focused environment with a confident leadership style.
- Some project management understanding.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
