Speaking to our local customers, taking orders from regulars and advising on new special offers etc. You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient and have confidence when liaising with our customers.
Responsibilities:- Working within a busy & fast paced environment answering incoming calls swiftly and handling orders and quotes
- Calling both existing and potential customers to follow up on enquiries, develop a relationship and convert leads into sales
- Up-selling and cross-selling a range of products and services
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal & written communication skills to ensure customers receive a fantastic service.
- Reliable and committed to working within a small team & the ability to adapt as the business grows
Office based in our busy friendly Depot. Office hours Mon-Fri, 8.30 - 5.30 with 1 hour lunch.
Excellent Induction, training and ongoing support. You will also be offered to go on our internal 'Management Trainee' program, should you wish to further your career.
