ADMINISTRATOR £25,500 rising to £27,500 after training. Mon – Fri 8-4, this can be flexible around core hours. They will be in a small operations team reporting to the Production Manager and the Operations Manager.
We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change quickly. The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible and able to respond positively to change while maintaining a proactive approach. They will be a confident and personable communicator.
Responsibilities

- Manage own workload proactively and communicate effectively within the operations team.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as part of a small operations team reporting to the Production Manager and the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong IT capability, including being highly computer literate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Background in sales, customer service or a call centre environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent listening skills, responsiveness and the ability to get things done efficiently.
