To provide administrative support to the Buying Director and the Buying Department. Responsible for administrative duties for the Buying Director and the Buying team. You will have good Administration, Customer Service and basic invoicing experience. The role holder must develop effective relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and organise appointments.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements.
- Plan and organise events (e.g., Trade Shows).
- Create/send monthly invoices for suppliers.
- Create new product codes for UK and imported lines.
- Keying and proofing of monthly and seasonal catalogues.
- Arrange monthly samples for photography.
- Attendance at trade shows as and when required.
