Internal Sales / Customer Service – £25k – £28k + great benefits and bonus! Responsibilities Speak to local customers, taking orders from regulars and advising on new special offers. Answer incoming calls swiftly in a busy, fast‑paced environment and handle orders and quotes. Call existing and potential customers to follow up on enquiries, develop relationships and convert leads into sales. Up‑sell and cross‑sell a range of products and services.
