Overview

Internal Sales / Customer Service - £25k - £28k + great benefits and bonus!

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to our local customers, taking orders from regulars and advising on new special offers.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient and have confidence when liaising with our customers.
  • Working within a busy & fast-paced environment answering incoming calls swiftly and handling orders and quotes.
  • Calling both existing and potential customers to follow up on enquiries, develop a relationship and convert leads into sales.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling a range of products and services.

Requirements / You Will Need:

  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills to ensure customers receive a fantastic service.
  • Reliable and committed to working within a small team & the ability to adapt as the business grows.

Office based in our busy friendly Depot. Office hours Mon-Fri, 8.30 - 5.30 with 1 hour lunch.

Excellent Induction, training and ongoing support. You will also be offered to go on our internal 'Management Trainee' program, should you wish to further your career.
