As part of our busy Recruitment – HR Team, you will deliver accurate demand forecasts, rota templates, and scheduling optimisation to support colleagues throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Build weekly and monthly demand forecasts using appointment data, sales trends, and seasonal patterns.
- Be proactive and reactive to additional support or staffing needs across the group, providing support for staffing gaps.
- Fill clinic requirements and support retail/clinics.
- Create and maintain rota templates for the practice team.
- Use Excel and workforce planning tools effectively.
