Project coordinator – Senior customer service - based in our smart office in Ashton under Lyne £30,000 - £35000 + benefits flexi time ( core hours 8.30 – 5pm / can start work anytime from 7.30am)

To act as the main contact for customers and the external sales force providing a full range of support services, dealing with mid-level projects.

Daily duties will include, Processing of new orders. Establishing delivery schedules. Order revisions/amendments. Coordinate Returns -Damages/replacements

An essential function of the role will be ensuring a smooth end to end customer journey from the point of order to complete service delivery.

Key liaison between clients and colleagues.

Take incoming calls and emails for all enquiries, ranging from pricing queries to delivery information ensuring an accurate and timely response to these queries.

Provide project updates on a consistent to clients & colleagues etc.

This busy varied role requires 2 years customer service / order processing and Sales Admin with good general MS Office / Excel skills.
