Our client are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial excellence, contract governance and profitability across the business. This is a key leadership role focused on bid management, customer contract negotiation, commercial risk management and margin improvement.
Main Duties
- Lead commercial management of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage commercial input into bids, tenders and customer proposals.
- Review, negotiate and manage customer legal contracts and commercial terms.
- Drive margin improvement and profitability initiatives across the business.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Support operational teams with pricing, change management and contract performance.
- Develop commercial reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

- Background within construction, environmental services, utilities, infrastructure or related customer-facing sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
